Copilot is a service that allows you to remotely control a willing participant’s computer. So, for example, if your mom is having trouble with Outlook, you can log in and check her SMTP settings for her without having to describe all the various menus and dialogs she would have to go through.

It's (going to be) a girl!

We have known for a while now that our friends, the Eoffs, will be having a baby in September. What we didn’t know was the sex of the little peanut. Well, now we do! Danny and Greta are expecting a baby girl! Congrats!

And just like that, I forgot how to do math.

But seriously, that just shows you how much I watch TV. I thought the show died a long time ago, but The Bee says it was just canceled today.

In light of this news, I just spent 5 seconds composing a nice eulogy for the show, but then I remembered I don’t care, so I caressed my butt instead.

Kimchi: One of the World's Healthiest Foods

I love kimchi. It’s spicy, it’s crunchy, and it has a fantastic flavor. Served over white rice or alone, it’s the perfect complement to Korean dishes such as Bibimbap and Bulgogi. And now, according to Health.com, it’s one of the world’s healthiest foods:

Kimchi (or kimchee) is loaded with vitamins A, B, and C, but its biggest benefit may be in its “healthy bacteria” called lactobacilli, found in fermented foods like kimchi and yogurt. This good bacteria helps with digestion, plus it seems to help stop and even prevent yeast infections, according to a recent study. And more good news: Some studies show fermented cabbage has compounds that may prevent the growth of cancer.
